Prayer Requests from November 7
« on: November 07, 2010, 08:50:44 PM »
We learned this weekend that Chuck S is in the hospital with a tumor near his brain stem.  A decision will be made on Monday how to proceed.

Sandy asks that we continue praying for the family of her daughter-in-law.  The man, JT, who she told us about recently, has now died.  Keep her daughter Heather in your prayers as well.  Kelley wants us to pray for her friend Jerry's heart condition and for her that she will become more physically able.  Remember also her sister Shelley.  Jimmy wants us to keep praying for Denise and several of the people he knows at the nursing home who are ill.  Teresa would like us to pray for her and her family, particularly her father and brothers.

Arvella continues to decline and doesn't want to get out of bed.  Dede is having trouble caring for her.  Kay is having more trouble this week and Richard has been too sick to take care of her.  Pray for Sammy as this is the week he goes back to the hospital to have more surgery to increase blood flow to his foot.  Priscilla asked us to pray for Kim who's having a hard time right now.  Francis has an appointment this week to remove toenails growing out of control.  Let's not forget to keep praying for Cindy and give her all the support we can.

On to the praise reports!  It was great to have Sandra back with us today.  That's an answer to our prayers.  Priscilla is thankful for good family time with her parents this weekend.  Linda is excited to have made the next step in the journey toward treatment for herself and many other MS sufferers in the area who may benefit from new and better ways of combating the disease.  If you want to know more about that head over to my blog.

In this month approaching Thanksgiving let's remember all the good things that God has done for us and express that gratitude both in word and action.
