It was good to see so many back at church even with the rainy weather. We thank the Lord once again to be back and for the wonderful work that was done on the building. We're also thankful for the blessing of the materials for The Bible in 90 Days kicking off today.
Sammy went back to the doctor and has reduced blood flow below the knee which is contributing to a worsening infection. He may have to go back into the hospital. We pray for God to intervene in this situation and to bring him back to us.
Pastor David asked that we keep Priscilla and Kimmie in our prayers. Kimmie has been sick but is getting better.
Kelly asks us to pray for her sister and brother-in-law Shelly and Clark. They need to find a new place to live.
Sandy wants continued prayer for her daughter's health that the doctor will find the right medication. We'll also pray for an even greater miracle. Pray also for Sandy to have the patience and wisdom she needs in this situation.
Richard says his right leg is getting worse and also asks we pray his car will pass inspection without requiring any further investment. We continue to pray for improvement and for restful sleep.
John is still believing God to walk again. We stand with him and also pray that God Will address any other health issues challenging him.
Peggy praises the Lord because she got a birthday card and pictures from her sons. She looks forward to trying to see them in the summer. She is also thankful for being able to pay off two loans.
Dede asks prayer for her shoulder that she hurt while doing heavy lifting. We continue to pray about her eyes also and for Arvella. Arvella is staying in bed most all of the time now.
Anita asks prayer for her finances and the welfare of her children. She praises God that her health has been good lately.
Pam asks that we pray for Brenda O's finances so that she can pay her utility bills. She also asks that we pray for her legs, as she feels they are getting weaker.
We Thank God for His goodness and place our trust in Him as we remember these requests in prayer this week.
